Who doesn’t enjoy a “feel-good” film?

Well, “Made in Dagenham” ticks all the boxes.

Based on the true story of the women machinists at the Ford plant at Dagenham who went on strike in 1968, this is a great example of British film-making with a social conscience.

In the capable hands of director Nigel Cole, who directed “Calendar Girls” and a stellar cast of actors this film is a joy to watch.

Starring Sally Hawkins, who was just nominated for an Oscar for “The Shape of Water” and Bob Hoskins in one of his last films plus Miranda Richardson, Rosamund Pike, Geraldine James, Andrea Riseborough this has a cast who deliver everything you need for a great film experience.
